Your profile
- University degree in Engineering/Physics
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering and 3+ years of experience in Transmission/Gearbox/Reducer development engineering
- Experience in reducer component (gear/shaft/bearings) development with suppliers
- Catia V5 Basic or intermediate skills
- Team player and excellent analytical skills.
- Very Good Communication Skills in English.
- Experience within an Asian company a plus.
Your tasks
- Research gearbox system, cluctch/disconnector and its manufacturing process.
- Research differential & bevel gear manufactuing process.
- Design on-axis, off-axis geartrain and differential system.
- Design gearbox component (gear, shaft, bearings).
- Design HEV clutch (multi-plate clutch, dog clutch) system and its actuator.
- Design EV secondary drive unit disconnector and its actuator.
- Review part and assembly drawings, design concept.
- Report gearbox system design progress to the project manager.
