In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • University Degree in relevant field

  • ~ 3 years working experience relevant to the current business domain, such as automotive, automobile parts, and inventory or logistics is preferable the overview of the inventory process and SCM

  • Ability to multitask and Experience handling lots of prominent projects that could be proved by evidence or document

  • Ability to apply the knowledge, critical & logical thinking, and problem-solving skills & technique

  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent analytic skills and ability to identify critical issues

  • Excellent communication skills in multinational environment

  • IT information literacy and number-friendly mindset

Your tasks

  • Review Monitoring and analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPI) for measurement, evaluation, and early warning of factors and environmental impacts affecting negatively on a target achievement

  • Activate Consolidate B/O status to detamine reason of B/O (General B/O & Long term B/O) and planning for B/O solving action

  • Investigate and Analyse air order purchase for urgent back orders case and Fill Loss & B/O prevention.
    And investigate air PO reason & control air PO target item to avoid inefficiency cost

  • Coordinate and Support MPE PDC inventory & Operation departments to strengthen their parts business management in order to consistently achieve the highest level of productivity

  • Deploy Transfer and Referral Management to enhancement of network stock avaiblity and B/O resolution

  • Organize Collaboration with supplier (HQ/MSK/MIN/HAOS / MPSH) for issue managing and communicattion with customers to meet customer’s satisfication

  • Support Team Project follow-up – Timeline management of each phase of project and performance management

  • Activate day to day inventory operations while remaining flexible to address Ad Hoc requests.

  • Report KPI Status, Issue management status, Month closing and etc.
