MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive parts or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address business needs through data-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management (SQL).
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel within Europe
- Understanding of supply chain management, order management, and inventory control in the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Your task
- Development and maintenance of in-house operational systems used at the European level, which include business areas such as sales, warehouse operations, supply chain and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, inventory, logistics, etc.) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and analytical solutions.
- Analyze large datasets related to production, inventory, sales, and supply chain to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Write and optimize scripts and code (e.g., Java, SQL) to automate data processing, extraction, and reporting tasks.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and improve the performance of key business functions in the automotive parts sector.
- Assist in the implementation of new software, systems, or tools to support business and IT initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize workflows, and identify areas for digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar to provide actionable insights to management.
