Your profile
- University degree in Engineering/Physics.
- 5+ years of experience in electric powertrain design (e-motor or transmission).
- Experience in reducer (or transmission) design.
- Experience in EDU (Motor/inverter interface) design.
- Catia V5 Intermidiate or higher skills required.
- English written and spoken language skills.
- Experience within an Asian company a plus.
- Strong self-management skills and high flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Team player and excellent analytical skills.
Your tasks
- DesignEDU system (e-Powertrain system) for BEV, HEV.
- Design gearbox system for e-Powertrain (On-axis, off-axis, 2 speed gear shifting, park-lock, differential).
- Design motor cooling system with its sub component (Oil pump, filter, heat exchanger).
- Design motor/inverter interface (High voltage connection).
- Design gearbox lubrication system.
- CreateEDU assembly modeling and assembly drawings.
- Reviewassembly process of EDU and reducer system.
- Establisha relationship with EDU sub parts (housing, gear, shaft, etc.) suppliers.
- Developa new manufacturing process for EDU sub components (housing, reducer, gear, etc.).
- Identifyrequirements from customer RFQ and review design concept according to the requirement.
