Mobiteam is looking for a WordPress Developer (CSS+WP) to join their team in Berlin.

You will be working either independently or with our current team on diverse custom projects for our German clients. From simple business websites to complex and scalable platforms, depending on your level of experience.

The Role and Candidate:

• Build websites using the latest frontend technologies
• Work closely with both the design and project management teams
• Communicate in English directly with clients
• Maintain high moral and ethical standards
• Ensure all work adheres to current industry best practices
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be committed, enthusiastic, sincere, trustworthy, and conscientious
• Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal forms

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in building WordPress CMS websites using best practices and standard plugins
• Take responsibility for the entire website development process – HTML, CSS, WP, and going live. Design will be provided at all times
• Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level:
  • Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
  • Creation of custom post types
  • Creation of clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code
  • Theme/template integration
  • Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multisite) is beneficial
• Experience creating multilingual websites
• Experience with creating responsive websites
• Previous experience working for a design agency is a plus
