Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, virtual assistant, or related client-facing support roles such as customer service, sales support, or operations support.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience improving processes, streamlining workflows, or supporting business efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Preferred experience with project and task management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Preferred familiarity with transaction management tools such as Dotloop, Skyslope, or TransactionDesk.
- Preferred experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation tools to improve productivity.
- Preferred familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
