Responsibilities:

Monitoring and improvement of existing ElasticSearch clusters

Lead decisions on architecture and infrastructure

Guiding and mentoring engineers working on ElasticSearch

Your Background:

Deep understanding of ElasticSearch and Lucene

Strong experience with ElasticSearch in production

Experience with running & managing large ElasticSearch clusters under heavy traffic

Kafka and KSQL is a bonus but not essential

Experience with JVM based languages is a plus
