As Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing strategy, work closely with brands on impactful activations, ensure excellence in execution, and analyse performance to drive results.

The Role

• Develop and execute effective retail marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to enhance collaboration and positioning.
• Deliver exceptional marketing services to partners, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including brand activations and new brand launches.
• Manage end-to-end execution of retail activations and events, ensuring high quality and impactful outcomes.
• Drive footfall and engagement through strategic in-village experiences and events.
• Monitor and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to inform decision-making and improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities through collaboration with internal teams and alignment with business goals.
• Lead and develop the retail marketing team, fostering performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience with luxury or mass-market brands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
