Responsibilities

1. Manage logistical operations within the store to ensure smooth processes.
2. Engage in hands-on activities such as goods receipt, inventory management, and supporting store operations.
3. Identify and implement improvements to logistical processes and structures.
4. Assist the department head, share responsibility for sales, and actively contribute to the department\’s success.
5. Work closely with the department management, gain leadership experience, and support new team members.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a commercial or logistical field or a comparable degree; first work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Motivated, independent worker who enjoys hands-on tasks and maintains composure in turbulent situations.
• Team-oriented with the ability to motivate colleagues.
