Your Profile

• Completed studies in Information Technology, training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German and good English skills (B2)
• You can communicate easily and effectively with colleagues who have no technical background and you are a competent mediator between the technical and non-technical worlds
• Highly self-motivated with strong analytic thinking skills and willingness to work independently
• Excellent professional knowledge of 1st and 2nd level support and infrastructure administration
• Fundamental knowledge of networks
• Basic knowledge of command line Linux
• Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Windows operating systems, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365
• 30h/week (part-time) or 40h/week (full-time)

Your Role

• Work together as part of an agile IT team to maintain and improve the IT landscape
• 1st and 2nd level support for colleagues
• Provision of hardware and software for colleagues and offer corresponding advice
• Administration and provision of infrastructure, networks and services (Linux based servers, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Docker, Zabbix)
• Participation in, and management of, IT projects
• Automation and clustering of infrastructure and services (Ansible, Docker, CMDB)
• Improve and develop company-wide IT processes and documentation as part of the IT team
