The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, and IT to align SEA activities with broader online marketing strategies and promotions. The Senior SEA Manager will test new ideas, stay current with industry trends and platform updates, and ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Performance Marketing and Online Marketing, with a focus on data-driven campaign management and optimization.
Experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to align SEA activities with wider brand and communication strategies.
Solid understanding of E-Commerce, including conversion funnels, tracking, and sales-oriented campaign structures.
Proficiency with SEA tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and tag management.
Relevant experience in a senior online marketing or SEA role, ideally in retail or e-commerce, with proven success in managing budgets and achieving KPIs.
Strong analytical and Excel skills, comfort working with large datasets, and ability to translate insights into clear actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
