Internship - Machine Learning & AI Bioinformatics M/F

Position description : We are looking for a Machine Learning & AI Intern to support our Research Digitalization team. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying AI/ML techniques to bioinformatics and drug discovery. This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities: Assist in developing machine learning models for analyzing and optimizing DARPin therapeutics. Explore feature engineering techniques to extract relevant insights from biological data. Support the implementation and tracking of predictive models using MLFlow. Gain exposure to large language models and generative AI for protein design. Work with cloud-based tools (e.g., Databricks) to manage and analyze large datasets. Help create interactive visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
