Store Manager

For our new store in Stuttgart , we are looking for:

Store Manager – 40 hours

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team as Store Manager, being results-oriented and inspiring;
• Fluent in German and English, with at least 3 years of work experience;
• Achieve sales targets and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness;
• Guide customers to find the products they are seeking;
• Handle cash and card payments, and balance cash registers with receipts;
• Manage stock control and inventory;
• Report discrepancies and issues;
• Maintain the store\’s cleanliness and organization;
• Manage all other sales assistants and staff.

Skill Requirements

• MANDATORY – GERMAN SPEAKER
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Adhere to and demonstrate knowledge of the brand image;
• Use effective sales techniques and maintain clientele;
• Open-minded, friendly, and organized;
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment;
• Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills;
• Energetic with a positive attitude.

Pay: 22,00€ per hour
