Your Job

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Molex, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to our managers and employees. You will provide support on all HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle and play an active role in further developing our corporate culture, leadership quality, and competitiveness.

Our Team

Together with another HR Business Partner, you will form our local HR team and receive support from HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruiting. You will be responsible for supporting specific business units and advising managers on all matters relating to human resources, employment law, and organizational issues.

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees across all HR matters.
• Serve as a trusted sparring partner to managers on HR, organizational, and change management topics.
• Advise and support leaders on employment law matters.
• Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through departure.
• Lead employee development and talent management initiatives.
• Build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively with the works council and key internal stakeholders.
• Analyze HR metrics and identify improvement opportunities and actions.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects and support the continuous improvement of HR processes and organizational structures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Successfully completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ideally experience working with works councils.
• Experience advising and supporting senior leaders.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and digital proficiency.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate HR metrics and insights.
