Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU seeks a Regional Manufacturing Excellence Manager based in Bern, Switzerland. This role drives significant performance improvements and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across our European manufacturing plants. You will implement the Manufacturing Excellence program, coach teams, and collaborate with global centers of excellence. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing is required, along with a strong focus on operational excellence and change management.
