This position holds direct responsibility for the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance within DACH plants, providing strategic cluster program management and administration to the overarching HSE agenda. This role is responsible for leading and administering the overall Cluster HSE program by developing plans to implement the 3-year regional strategy, securing buy-in from the Cluster Leadership team for these plans, and actively driving their implementation while monitoring progress against objectives. Additionally, the individual will mentor, coach, and buddy Plant HSE teams within the Cluster, and liaise with the BU/Regional HSE team to ensure alignment with Global, Regional, and BU HSE strategy and targets, coordinating timely support for the plan. The role also provides support to Plant Managers across the Cluster. In addition, this role is responsible for providing guidance and direction for the planning and continuous development of HSE capabilities, programs, standards and tools across the BU commercial operations, including Offices, Tech Centers, Sales Forces, Distribution Centers (DCs), and CS
