To support our business in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and developing the local business.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Ensure the smooth processing of money transfers and the sale of MoneyGram products.
• Follow MoneyGram's regulations and procedures regarding security and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Ensure that the branch/location is maintained in proper condition.
• Implement local marketing campaigns to support the business.
• Work on a shift basis5-6 days per week, Monday through Sunday. The average working time is40 hours per week.

Your Profile

• Previous relevant experience in a similar professional environment is preferred.
• Very good written and spokenGermanskills.Englishlanguage skills are an advantage.
• Good experience handling cash and working with IT systems.
• Flexibility, including with regard to working hours (shift and weekend work, 07:45-20:45).
• Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for sales and working with customers.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
