Job Summary:
The Field Applications Engineer (FAE) will be responsible for identifying and addressing emerging customers with the MPSNow team and partners, driving MPS business in the region.
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to MPS Revenue growth in the region through direct and indirect technical sales activities.
- Develop solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
- Support customer designs with deep technical support from start to finish.
- Gather customer feedback towards the development of next generation MPS solutions.
- Drive customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support ensuring that the customer’s needs and requirements are exceeded.
- Work as a team with the assigned MPS Now FAE team and effectively manage this resource to maximize value-add to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Self-driven and willing to build up MPS Europe emerging customer business.
- Ability to interface directly with customers and MPS Distribution.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and oral.
- Oral/written proficiency in English.
- Willing to travel.
