Job Summary:

This FAE will provide technical support to EU Customers. As part of the field team, FAE will visit potential customers hardware groups together with Field Sales Engineers and identify potential opportunities for MPS products and services. The FAE will help the customer solve the application problems. The FAE identifies and shares current and emerging customer technical needs to improve tactical and strategic product positioning.

Essential Functions:

1. Provides technical support to customers to meet or improve customer’s requirements with MPS products and technical knowledge.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
3. Contribute to MPS EU Revenue growth through direct and in-direct technical activities.
4. Develop and execute sales strategy for the market opportunity.
5. Communicate individual customer requirements to Sales Manager as to Design.
6. Educate and present to regional sales and customers for MPS products and technology.

Qualifications:

1. Oral /written proficiency in English
2. BS or MS of Electronics or Electrical Engineering. At least three years of hardware design experience , ideally including power supply design.
3. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
4. Availability to travel overseas and domestic.
