TLNT1_CH Your tasks Ensure exceptional guest service through strong professional expertise and effective complaint resolution.

Actively support the Front Office team and ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes.

Continuously monitor, improve, and optimise Front Office procedures while ensuring compliance with LQA standards.

Manage cash handling and oversee cash registers and service reconciliations.

Process and verify commission payments.

Prepare and review guest and travel agency invoices.

Conduct sales conversations and handle written and telephone reservations.

Post daily revenue and perform end-of-day closing procedures, including verification of service reconciliations.

Carry out general front desk and reception duties.

Your profile Professional and leadership experience in a similar hotel environment and position, either domestically or internationally.

Good spoken and written communication skills in German, French, and English .

Confident and professional manner when interacting with guests and colleagues, with a cooperative and goal-oriented leadership style.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to think strategically and work efficiently.

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Strong team spirit and a proactive, committed work ethic.

Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to changing situations.

Ability to remain organised and perform effectively under pressure.

Basic knowledge of business administration and hotel operations.

Experience with the Protel reservation system is an advantage.
