To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees for the upcoming winter season 2026/2027.
Prepare the daily room assignments and sections for Room Attendants.
Assign daily tasks to housekeeping trainees according to checklists and operational requirements.
Supervise and monitor the work performance of Housekeeping Porters within the assigned section.
Report and document damage to furniture, fixtures, and property through the maintenance request system.
Organize and oversee cleaning operations in accordance with LQA standards and ISO procedures.
Prepare the maintenance and defect list for the off-season/inter-season period.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper with inventory control and stock management.
Maintain positive guest relations by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
Handle guest complaints and special requests, coordinate solutions with the Executive Housekeeper, and document corrective actions.
Manage lost and found items using the Infor system and coordinate the return of belongings to guests through the Concierge team.
Inspect and ensure the proper care and presentation of flowers and plants in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
Verify and coordinate the delivery of guest amenities and gifts according to the approved order list.
