Welcome, assist, and engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
Provide dedicated attention to VIPs, repeat guests, Kristall Club members, and special occasions.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
Coordinate guest preferences and special requests with all relevant departments.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and participate in operational briefings to stay informed of arrivals and special requests.
Conduct courtesy, pre-arrival, and pre-departure calls to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
Respond to guest feedback and uphold LQA standards at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, relay messages, and coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments.
Provide information on hotel facilities, services, transportation, and local attractions.
Promote and cross-sell hotel services, including F&B outlets, Spa treatments, and Concierge experiences.
Monitor guest requests through hotel communication systems and ensure prompt follow-up.
Support smooth arrival and departure experiences, including transportation, billing, and luggage arrangements.
