As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global SEO strategy, driving organic growth and improving website performance. This includes planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of all technical SEO activities, working collaboratively with the SEA team to ensure a unified and effective search strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of technical SEO best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive technical SEO strategies, driving organic growth.
• Conducting in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving critical issues impacting performance.
• Optimizing website architecture and site structure for improved crawlability and user experience.
• Collaborating effectively with development teams to integrate SEO best practices into website updates.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Mentoring and training internal teams on technical SEO best practices.

You’ll have …

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce or international environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing technical SEO strategies.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawling, indexing, rendering, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong English skills (spoken & written), additional language skills (German) are a plus.
• Strong teamwork and networking skills.
• Hands-on mentality & problem-solving skills.
