We are looking for a motivated Intern Candidate to support our e-commerce operations in the luxury watch segment.
You will be part of our Procurement and Logistics teams and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of high-value products—from inbound processing to online presentation and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing and identify new luxury watch retailers in Europe and Asia
- Contact watch dealers via phone and organize on-site meetings
- Negotiate purchasing conditions with luxury watch retailers
- Foster relationships with retailers to boost business opportunities
- Liaise between retailers and customer service for customers' requests
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows and packaging process
- Daily quality assurance of luxury watches and shipping creation
- Photograph luxury watches during the inbound process
You are
- Currently enrolled in Master/Bachelor's degree Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- You have to do a Mandatory Internship as part of your study programme and you are available for 6-months.
- Native-level in Spanish and/or Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Interest in luxury products, watches, or e-commerce
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Strong written skills and an eye for high-quality content
- Reliable, hands-on, and willing to support operational tasks
- Basic photography skills are a plus (training provided)
