As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the international import and distribution of medications. Your Role

As our Senior Supply Chain Manager , you will be responsible for coordinating the international import and distribution of medications both within the EU and from non-EU countries . You will develop and optimize supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Import & Distribution Management – Oversee the international import of medications, ensuring seamless logistics within and outside of the EU.

Supply Chain Optimization – Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure reliable product availability.

Regulatory Compliance – Ensure that all imports and distribution processes comply with EU pharmaceutical regulations, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and customs requirements.

Supplier & Partner Coordination – Build strong relationships with international pharmaceutical suppliers, logistics providers, and regulatory agencies.

Inventory & Demand Planning – Forecast supply needs, manage inventory levels, and mitigate risks related to shortages or delays.

Process Automation & Improvement – Work closely with the IT and Operations teams to streamline supply chain processes through digital tools and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams, including Customer Service, Compliance, and Product, to ensure a smooth medication distribution process for patients.
