Finance Data Manager (Fully Remote)

• We’re looking for a curious, adaptive, and data-focused Finance Data Manager to join our FP&A team.
• You’ll translate complex data into clear commercial insights and leverage AI to build scalable tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate financial and commercial requirements into scalable data assets and improve core pipelines.
• Prepare management information and build data solutions to help business partners achieve goals.
• Automate financial reporting processes and spot opportunities to streamline workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid grounding in SQL and Python, with experience using generative AI for data assets.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with experience in financial statements and modelling.
• Commercially minded, able to drive action from insights and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• £1,000 learning budget each year for books, training, and conferences.
• We set you up with a Macbook and support for your home office setup.
