Responsibilities
- Build a clear product vision and strategy for an area of the growth domain, aligned with overall company goals
- Optimise the entire sign-up and activation experience to reduce friction and lift conversion
- Design and run high-velocity experiments with engineering, data, and machine learning counterparts
- Lead the development of referral loops and network effects that turn everyday product use into organic growth
- Partner with design, research, engineering, marketing, legal, and compliance to ship cohesive experiences
- Define, measure, and communicate the impact of new customer-facing initiatives
- Set a high bar for rapid experimentation while keeping customer value front and centre
Requirements
- Track record as a growth product manager at a fast-scaling consumer company
- Experience leading teams that ship world-class products and have delivered significant top-of-funnel impact
- Highly data-driven with strong commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to experimentation
- Experience collaborating with data scientists or machine learning experts to define metrics and run experiments
- Ability to systematically break down complex, ambiguous problems
- Strong storytelling and influencing skills across diverse working styles and disciplines
- Resilience and curiosity, with a track record of challenging the status quo and improving how things work
