You'll be shaping the future of our company and our vision of unlocking the creator economy for software. /p h3Core traits about you: /h3 ul liYour eyes light up when you think about coding on Sunday morning /li liYou have high agency and care about builders/people trying to build mobile apps /li liYou are a fast learner, with an open mind /li liYou are very familiar with Typescript /li /ul h3Bonus points: /h3 ul liYou have worked with (coding) agents extensively ul liRAG /li liFinetuning /li liEvals /li liKnow the AI SDK in and out /li /ul /li liYou have experience with Expo/React Native and/or building mobile apps /li liYou are a React beast /li liYou have experience with Convex /li liYou have worked at a YC startup before or founded a startup yourself /li liYou’ve built something with Bloom /li /ul h3Open problems: /h3 ul liBuild a reliable/world-class coding agent that builds full-stack apps ul liHow do we imbue design taste? /li liHow do we evaluate our agent? /li liHow do we make our agent fast? /li liHow do we reliably build features like auth, payments, etc? /li liHow do we deal with data migrations? /li liHow do we fine tune our agent? /li liHow do we automatically test the quality of the app? /li /ul /li liBuild tools that give users granular control and understanding of front-end, backend and back-office (application data) /li liBuild tools that give users insights on how their apps are being used /li liBuild internal tools to help us operate efficiently (internal agents) and to understand how our app is being used. /li liBuild tools that let people share native mobile apps easily /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
