Our client is a leading European Investment Bank seeking ambitious professionals to join its Frankfurt office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced advisory team, executing complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions across diverse industries.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction memoranda.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and company profiling.
- Support transaction execution including buy-side and sell-side processes, negotiations, and due diligence.
- Collaborate with clients, investors, and advisors to deliver strategic solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience gained at a top-tier Investment Bank, M&A boutique, or Strategy Consulting firm.
- Strong transaction experience in M&A, corporate finance, or capital markets.
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline with an excellent academic record.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
