Job Description
Our client, a leading global advisory firm, is seeking an M&A Associate to join their Frankfurt team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in M&A transactions, preferably in the tech / industrials sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A transactions from start to finish
- Conduct financial analysis, valuations & due diligence
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients in the tech or industrials industry
- Support business development and market research efforts
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and investment memos
Your Profile
- 2-4 years of M&A experience (investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory)
- Exposure to the tech or industrials sector (preferred)
- Strong financial modeling & analytical skills
- Native-level German & fluent English
