As a Workplace Consultant, you will be responsible for providing holistic consultancy on projects relating to new work environments, conference centers, state of the art meeting rooms – from conducting inventory and needs analyses up to handing over the projects, including but not limited to the following tasks: Develop usage and operational concepts as a planning foundationPlan and coordinate relocations, including participation in user meetings, project meetings, and site inspectionsHandle tendering and awarding of services (e.g., relocation execution)Act as a project manager, ensuring goals are met and overseeing project controlAssist in acquiring mandates and processing projects, including report preparationWork closely with the digital and multimedia team QualificationsDegree in architecture, interior architecture, facility management, or a comparable qualification Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the service sector, especially in workplace consulting or interior architecture Project management and leadership experience in developing modern office concepts is a plus Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and MS Office, VectorWorks is a plus Fluent in German, English and French written and spokenExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skills Additional InformationTo ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option of mobile workingWe promote your professional and personal development with individual training and further education opportunities in the Drees & Sommer Academy, incl. digital language trainingYour health is important to us!
