Leveraging your technical and commercial expertise, you will identify new opportunities, shape market strategies, and support profitable growth across global markets. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive business development activities across Industrial Testing markets, owning market analysis, identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve growth targets. /li liDefine target markets, applications, and key accounts, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities. /li liBuild relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners, support key accounts, and coordinate customer engagements globally (up to 20% travel). /li liAct as the technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications, providing market insights, customer analysis, and support to sales teams. /li liIdentify customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable input for Product Management and new product development. /li /ul h3Qualifications ## /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. /li liExperience in industrial testing, automated testing systems, production engineering, or industrial automation environments. /li liProven track record in business development, market analysis, and Go‑to‑Market planning. /li liStrong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen; additional business or sales knowledge is advantageous. /li liExperience working with industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and/or IoT‑related solutions. /li liProficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is beneficial. /li liFluency in English is required (at least C1 level); German language skills are beneficial and additional languages are an advantage. /li liEntrepreneurial, proactive, and results‑oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. /li /ul h3Additional Information ## /h3 p#LI-PR1 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
