As a Ceded Reinsurance Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of highly complex ceded reinsurance treaties and help us deliver robust, innovative risk transfer solutions for Zurich globally. /p pIn this role, you will make a visible contribution by building strong relationships with our reinsurers and internal Business Units, while working in collaborative environment where your expertise is trusted and your ideas are valued. This includes treaty structural optimization and defining scope of cover. /li liStructure and negotiate highly complex ceded reinsurance treaties within your delegated underwriting authority. /li liDesign scope of cover, determine and refine contract wordings, and lead the end-to-end placement process with approved reinsurers. /li liCoordinate and review exposure information and data submissions to ensure suitability for internal and external treaty pricing. /li liSupport reinsurance planning, treaty compliance and governance in line with Zurich Risk Policy and Group Reinsurance standards. /li liBuild, manage and strengthen relationships with reinsurers, brokers and key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert and advisor. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAbility to build strong business partnering relationships within Zurich. /li liExperience working across business units/functions and collaboration in a team environment. /li liMinimum of 10 years- experience in reinsurance, underwriting, or as a broker. /li liStrong understanding of reinsurance contracts~~,~~and pricing concepts, with the ability to interpret and apply governance and risk policies. /li liProven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, (e.g. reinsurers, brokers, Business Units) and influencing decisions in an international environment. /li liExcellent analytical and data skills, including the ability to review exposure information, support pricing and ensure data quality for decision-making.Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). /li /ul h3You belong here. /h3 pImagine working in one of the world-s most sustainable workplaces.
