Join our client and assist in making a difference to clinical research. /p pProclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee and deliver a portfolio of clinical trials with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely execution. In this role, you will lead a small team, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to foster collaboration among stakeholders and drive successful trial outcomes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and manage clinical trials to meet sponsor and protocol requirements within agreed timelines. /li liDevelop project plans, track milestones, and ensure the achievement of project objectives. /li liEnsure clinical trial execution aligns with applicable regulations, GCP guidelines, and internal SOPs. /li liFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between sponsors, CROs, and study teams. /li liClearly define stakeholder responsibilities, study requirements, and key milestones. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of clinical trial management processes and tools. /li liLead, motivate, and develop a clinical trial team to achieve high performance. /li liProvide training and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities. /li liMonitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. /li liEnsure team compliance with site-specific policies, procedures, and training requirements. /li liPursue personal development and maintain up-to-date training records. /li liPerform additional responsibilities as discussed with the line manager or management. /li /ul h3Key Skills and Requirements /h3 ul liStrong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail. /li liAbility to multitask and work effectively under pressure. /li liProactive problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability to changing environments. /li liProven leadership and team development skills. /li liProficiency in clinical assessment techniques and IT systems, including MS Office. /li liSolid project management skills to handle multiple projects and resources. /li liTertiary qualifications in health, social, or biological sciences. /li liKnowledge of HREC and RGO processes, GCP, and NHMRC guidelines. /li liExperience managing clinical studies, preferably in early-phase research. /li liTeam management experience in a clinical research setting. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
