We are guided by our passions: integrity, teamwork, customer centricity, and innovation - always working together as #oneVAT. /p /brpJoining us means becoming part of a passionate, international team where your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your career growth is supported. /p /brpbResponsibilities /b /p /brul /brliCreate and optimize offline measurement programs based on CAD models using Mitutoyo systems. /li /brliPerform tactile and scanning 3D measurements and ensure that measurements are carried out correctly by CMM operators. /li /brliSupport and assist with deviation, corrective action, and improvement processes in production and with suppliers. /li /brliAdvise and support internal specialist departments on all measurement-related and process-related matters. /li /brliPromote professional exchange, collaboration, and knowledge transfer within measurement and production engineering. /li /brliContribute to the introduction of new products, including the preparation of product-specific production inspection plans. /li /brliPerform initial measurements and validate measurement results as part of new product introductions. /li /brliApply statistical methods (SPC) to monitor, control, and continuously improve production processes. /li /brliUse statistical and quality software, particularly Q-DAS, to analyse and evaluate process data. /li /brliSupport and provide technical guidance to CMM operators in their daily work. /li /br /ul /brpbQualifications /b /p /brul /brliBasic technical training, ideally with experience in machining technology. /li /brliVery good German skills and preferably good English skills. /li /brliSeveral years of professional experience in coordinate measuring technology, CMM programming, and the use of optical inspection systems, ideally Mitutoyo systems. /li /brliSound knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, particularly regarding geometrical and positional tolerances. /li /brliGood knowledge of materials, particularly aluminium and stainless steel. /li /brliStrong knowledge of mathematics and descriptive geometry, as well as good spatial awareness. /li /brliGood knowledge of relevant standards and quality requirements. /li /brliA high degree of independence and the ability to provide technical support to CMM operators. /li /brliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills when working with different specialist departments. /li /brliVery good communication skills and a confident manner in a technical environment. /li /brliFurther training in ISO GPS is an advantage. /li /brliExperience with Model-Based Definition (MBD) is an advantage. /li /brliWillingness to work in a two-shift system. /li /br /ul /brpbOur commitment to inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities /b /p /brpWe believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning, and equal opportunities for everyone to drive our innovation and success.
