h3Gas Engine Specialist (m/f/x) /h3 h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou develop and share technical knowledge and expertise related to gas engines across the relevant development teams /li liYou collaborate with technical teams to define solutions in areas such as engine design, combustion, controls and application /li liYou analyze and assess technical requirements and specifications for gas engine applications /li liYou perform technical benchmark analyses of gas engine technologies for genset applications /li liYou lead root cause analyses and problem-solving activities for gas engine issues identified on test benches or in the field /li liYou collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications /li liYou support technical discussions with customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with technical requirements, standards and processes /li liYou identify and develop innovative solutions to improve engine performance, quality, cost and efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge management /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field /li liYou have extensive professional experience in gas engine development, specifically for power generation applications /li liYou possess in-depth technical expertise in gas engines and have a strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the global gas engine market /li liYou have experience in the technical execution of complex gas engine development projects, from feasibility analysis through to implementation and production readiness /li liYou are fluent in English and , knowledge of French is an advantage /li liYou have advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, CRM and ERP systems /li liYou demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and approach complex technical challenges in a structured manner /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pwe inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
