Consolidation Manager in Genève

pFor one of our clients - an international company based in Geneva (airport) - we are looking for a Consolidation Reporting Manager to strengthen its Finance team. /p pIn this strategic role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality financial information in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liLead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process. /li liPrepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. /li liEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities. /li liManage financial accounting and reporting activities under IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory frameworks. /li liPerform intercompany reconciliations and oversee the elimination of intragroup transactions. /li liCoordinate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reviews and multi-currency reconciliations. /li liAnalyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to management. /li liSupport external and internal audits and maintain a strong internal control environment. /li liOversee statutory reporting obligations and liaise with local finance teams. /li liContribute to treasury-related activities, including cash-flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis. /li liSupport tax reporting and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /li liDrive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems. /li /ul h3bProfile /b /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit. /li li+7/ 10 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or audit within an international environment. /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to Swiss GAAP. /li liProven experience with consolidation tools such as Magnitude or Hyperion. /li liStrong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders. /li liFluent in English; French is an advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
