This platform will serve as a dynamic communication and collaboration tool for employees worldwide. /p pReporting to the bDigital Communications Director /b, this role blends bproject management expertise /b with a strong understanding of bdigital employee engagement /b and binternal communications /b. You will work closely with Communications, HR, and IT teams to define the purpose, vision, and governance of the Employee Hub, ensuring it meets evolving employee and business needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead end-to-end intranet development /b: from planning and strategy to deployment and change management. /li liCollaborate with Communications, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives. /li liDefine binformation architecture /b, user journeys, and governance structures to ensure usability and relevance. /li liPartner with IT and external vendors to manage timelines, ensure functionality, personalization, and platform security. /li liWork with the supplier (LumApps) to develop training materials and coordinate onboarding sessions for successful adoption. /li liCo-lead bchange management strategy /b and activities to drive engagement. /li liCoordinate content strategy: ul liAct as the main point of contact for content creators. /li liEnsure section owners apply governance standards. /li liProvide guidance on branding and templates for consistency. /li liSupport navigation and user experience improvements with the provider. /li liCollect and implement content in collaboration with the provider. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libBA/BS degree /b in Communications, Project Management, or related field. /li lib5+ years of experience /b managing digital workplace or intranet projects in a corporate environment. /li liStrong bproject management and organizational skills /b. /li liExcellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging. /li liExperience with bcontent management systems /b (e.g., SharePoint, LumApps, or similar). /li liAbility to balance bstrategic vision /b with hands-on execution. /li liStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities. /li liHighly motivated to create a buser-friendly solution from scratch /b, resilient in overcoming challenges. /li libFluency in English /b (written and spoken) required; French or other languages are an advantage. /li /ul pPlace of work: Vernier, GEbr/Temp contract of 1 year /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
