pTo reinforce its HR team, our client is seeking an experienced bHR Generalist /b (80%) with Compensation Benefits responsibilities (20%) /ppThis role offers a balanced mix of HR administration, payroll and social insurance coordination, HR systems/data management, and compensation-related projects. /ppReporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist will ensure the smooth delivery of HR operations while acting as the local expert on compensation and benefits matters. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3HR Operations Employee Lifecycle (200 employees) /h3ulliPrepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documentation. /liliCoordinate onboarding, internal mobility, leave management and offboarding processes. /liliEnsure accurate employee records and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. /liliRespond to employee and manager inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support. /liliMaintain compliance with company policies and Swiss employment regulations. /li /ulh3Payroll, Social Insurance Compliance /h3ulliCoordinate monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider. /liliManage salary changes, variable compensation elements and benefits administration. /liliMaintain working time and absence records. /liliCoordinate sickness, accident and other employee insurance cases. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits (20%) /h3ulliSupport and continuously improve local compensation and benefits practices. /liliCoordinate annual salary review and bonus processes. /liliPrepare salary benchmarks, market analyses and compensation reports. /liliEnsure compensation and benefits policies are clearly communicated and effectively implemented. /li /ulh3HR Data, Systems Continuous Improvement /h3ulliMaintain accurate HR and organizational data while ensuring confidentiality and data quality. /liliContribute to HR reporting, audits and compliance requirements. /liliSupport HRIS enhancements and data improvement initiatives. /liliParticipate in local and global HR projects. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. /lilibSwiss HR certification required (HRSE) /b /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, as a generalist. /liliProven experience in payroll coordination and Swiss social insurance management. /liliExposure to Compensation Benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits administration. /liliGood Excel skills. /liliFluent French and English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong attention to detail and sense of confidentiality. /liliAnalytical mindset combined with a pragmatic approach. /liliService-oriented and collaborative. /li /ulpHome office: 1 day per week. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
