With a dedicated team of FSI experts, we deliver integration and separation advisory services, leading complex engagements with our clients, and deploying deep functional expertise in finance, human resources, commercial, and technology. /ppAt Deloitte, we support our clients on end-to-end MA advisory, working closely with our colleagues from transaction services, valuations, and corporate finance. As part of the Strategy, Risk and Transactions Business , we further collaborate with our Strategy, Sustainability, Regulatory and Forensics and Technology peers to ensure a seamless and value-driven approach to transactions. /ppbHow you will make an impact /b /pulliMA Integration and Separation leadership: bring a forward-looking approach and tailored methodologies to client situations, to lead complex MA separations and integrations. /liliMA value creation: perform and oversee operational and financial analysis to assess synergies, the impact and complexities of carve-outs, and the stand-alone performance improvement potential of buyouts and corporate divestments. /liliExceptional client service: advise clients across Deloitte’s offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships, while leading the engagement teams to deliver exceptional client service, adhering to quality and robust methodology. /liliC-suite intimacy: develop your ability to lead conversations with client CXOs, articulating ideas into tangible solutions, and becoming the client’s go-to contact for delivery transformation. /liliProject scope and delivery: define, plan, resource, and execute project scope; manage expectations and timelines with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables. /liliTeam leadership and development: inspire and guide team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in project execution. /liliAnalytical and AI solutions: provide strategic insights, advice and deploy advanced analytical and AI solutions. /li /ulpbWho we are looking for /b /pulliDemonstrated FSI experience, entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, highly motivated to lead and grow, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities. /liliStrong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on strategic decision-making and attention to detail, alongside a proven ability to simplify complex concepts, create executive-level narratives, and synthesise value effectively. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree from top-tier universities with exceptional academic marks. /liliMinimum of 7 years of relevant MA experience in consulting or industry roles, with clear experience in one of our main sectors, i.e., banking, wealth management, and insurance. /liliStrong acumen for project and stakeholder management, with high-quality skills in Excel, PowerPoint and executive storytelling. /liliAptitude with AI technologies and a keen interest in embedding AI solutions into our offerings to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation. /liliFluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience working within an international community.
