Technology has become one of the defining value drivers in MA-it shapes deal theses, influences valuation, creates integration and separation complexity, and ultimately determines how value is protected and delivered after close. With AI accelerating change across industries, you will help clients translate technology opportunities, risks and disruption into informed deal decisions and sustainable business value. /p /brh3How you will make an impact /h3 /brul /brlibTechnology due diligence: /b Lead assessments of technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, operating models and technology spend to identify deal-relevant risks and opportunities. /li /brlibTechnology strategy and value creation: /b Advise clients on technology strategy, AI impact, operating model design and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle. /li /brlibTechnology integrations and carve-outs: /b Lead technology integration and separation planning, including Day 1 readiness, TSA considerations, target-state design and execution roadmaps. /li /brlibTechnology cost and synergy analysis: /b Assess technology costs, investment requirements, synergies and execution complexity while working closely with financial and commercial deal teams. /li /brlibClient leadership: /b Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, private equity investors and technology leaders, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. /li /br /ul /brh3Who we are looking for /h3 /brul /brliEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate technology topics into executive-level business insights. /li /brliBachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university. /li /brliMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience in MA, technology strategy, technology transformation, transaction advisory or a related industry role. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management skills, curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI, and fluency in English. and/or French is desired. /li /br /ul /brh3Joining our team /h3 /brpThe Tech MA team cohort within our Swiss Deal Transformation practice advises clients on the technology dimension of Mergers Acquisitions, Divestitures, Carve-outs and Integrations.
