h3Product Specialist Aftermarket (m/f/x) /h3 h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou analyze diesel engines, components, and field data to identify lifecycle improvement through service, overhaul, remanufacturing and maintenance concepts /li liYou provide structured technical input to make-or-buy, repair-or-replace and remanufacturing evaluations based on quality findings, field experience and customer usage patterns /li liYou coordinate implementation of new improved aftermarket products with internal and external steakholders (Product , Engineering, Spare Parts, and Customers) /li liYou support the Aftermarket Portfolio Manager in prioritizing product initiatives based on technical evidence, implementation maturity and customer value /li liYou contribute to product standardization, cost- efficiency improvement of the aftermarket portfolio /li liYou manage related operational work packages from concept clarification through pilot implementation to final handover /li liYou maintain documentation, implementation status, open points, risks, decisions and escalation needs for assigned product initiatives /li liYou support testing, validation, knowledge transfer and product training for Customer Service Operations, Spare Parts and Business Development /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou have completed studies in the technical field, industrial engineering, project management or industrial management /li liYou have several years of professional experience in engineering, product/project management, customer service, while experience in combustion engine applications is a plus /li liYou have good analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and are familiar with ERP systems /li liYou are fluent in and/or French, and you possess very good English skills /li liYou are distinguished by strong ability to understand technical systems and translate findings into structured product and process requirements /li liYou have structured project management mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and drive operational implementation /li liYou are an autonomous and a reliable team player, organized and have a hands-on approach to implementation /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pwe inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
