Role: Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant Workload: 4-8 hours/day (US-Time-Zone) Start: ASAP Duration: Long-term engagement Location: Remote Key Responsibilities
Analyse and resolve SAP SD/LE support tickets Troubleshoot shipping, logistics, EDI/IDoc and pricing‑related issues Support end‑to‑end processes from customer demand through shipping and invoicing Analyse and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc integration issues Work directly with business users and EDI/B2B teams Support customer‑specific requirements, e.g. labelling Key Requirements
Strong experience with SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) Several years of experience in the automotive industry AMS/support and ticket‑handling experience Good understanding of EDI and IDoc processes Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Solid understanding of end‑to‑end logistics processes, from customer demand through shipping and invoicing Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
