The success of our corporate brand is based on the expertise and commitment of each individual.IntroductionShape scalable manufacturing processes and bring products successfully into series production.As Lead Make, you connect product industrialization, equipment engineering and operations in global projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the focal point of process flow and line layout design across global production setupsLead end-to-end design and optimization of global manufacturing and assembly processes in industrialization projectsAct as Lead Make in product creation projects, representing manufacturing processes in the core teamDrive process industrialization and transparently align product, process and equipment requirementsCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Equipment Engineering, Quality, IT and Operations worldwideOwn implementation, validation and ramp-up of manufacturing processes including pilot runsPerform technical risk analyses (PFMEA) and ensure implementation of mitigation measuresEnsure process capability and monitor performance and stabilitySupport continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, cost optimization and global transfersRequired ExpertiseUniversity or technical college degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, industrial, production) or similarAt least 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or industrialization in a global environmentStrong technical background in device manufacturing, manufacturing equipment and process validation methods (PFMEA, control plans)Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, cultures and hierarchy levelsStructured, analytical and entrepreneurial personality with high ownership and accountabilityVery good English skills (C2); proficiency (B2-C1) is necessary.People at BelimoSmart buildings start with dedicated people.We bring talented people together and foster an environment to succeed.
