Nest Step: Product Testing and Reviews Specialist (Remote – Europe-Based)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and thoughtful Product Testing and Reviews Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing a wide range of products and providing honest, actionable feedback that directly contributes to product development and marketing strategies.

This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applicants based in Europe who are comfortable working independently and producing high-quality, insightful reviews.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test various physical or digital products in real-world conditions and document performance
2. Write thorough, unbiased, and easy-to-understand product reviews for a broad audience
3. Work closely with the product team to offer suggestions and insights for improvement
4. Help create product guides, FAQs, and user-focused content
5. Monitor consumer feedback and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

1. Sharp attention to detail and a critical eye for product functionality and user experience
2. Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and objectively
3. Prior experience in product testing or technical writing is a plus, but not required
4. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
5. Reliable access to relevant tools or devices for testing (based on product category)
