Position Overview
Our client, a global leading industrial technology business, is looking for a Global Lean Leader to drive Lean transformation and operational excellence across international manufacturing sites.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed a unified Lean culture globally, supporting a business that is transitioning into its next phase of growth and standardisation.You will play a critical role in harmonising processes, improving productivity, and building continuous improvement capabilities across multiple sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple sites globally
- Drive standardisation and harmonisation of processes across locations
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and optimise production flow
- Coach leadership teams and build Lean capabilities across the organisation
- Act as a key connector between sites, aligning different levels of Lean maturity
- Report progress and strategy to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Foster a strong continuous improvement culture globally
- International travel to support collaboration across sites (approx. 50%)
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Several years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence within manufacturing
- Background in industrial manufacturing, automotive, or machinery is highly desirable
- Proven track record of driving Lean transformation across multiple sites
- Strong expertise in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt advantageous)
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and process optimisation
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change without direct authority
- Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally (~50%)
