Regional Supply Chain Lead in Hamburg

We are partnering with a leading international FMCG organisation to appoint a Regional Supply Chain Lead during an exciting period of business transformation and growth. The organisation is undergoing a significant evolution of its European operating model, creating an opportunity for an experienced supply chain leader to shape a newly integrated regional structure, influence strategic decision-making and drive meaningful change across multiple markets.

This is a highly visible leadership position, working closely with senior regional executives to build a more agile, commercially focused and high-performing supply chain organisation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, combining strategic transformation with hands-on operational leadership while helping shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial-facing supply chain function across multiple European markets, driving regional integration and operational excellence.
• Shape and deliver the regional supply chain strategy, aligning operational capabilities with commercial priorities and business growth.
• Drive improvements across S&OP, demand planning, customer service and order management.
• Lead transformation initiatives, harmonising processes, strengthening planning capabilities and unlocking regional synergies.
• Deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, working capital and cost efficiency.
• Partner closely with senior commercial and operational leaders, influencing strategic decisions and supporting innovation and new product launches.
• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

• An experienced supply chain leader with a strong track record across multiple European markets, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning and commercial supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading transformation, integrating teams and improving performance within complex international organisations.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance customer requirements, operational performance and strategic business priorities.
• A confident communicator and influential business partner, comfortable engaging with senior executives and challenging existing ways of working.
• A proactive, resilient and solutions-oriented leader who thrives in environments undergoing change.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to build teams, develop talent and create lasting organisational improvements.
