Managing Director

Morgan Philips is currently looking for a Managing Director for an international luxury hotel chain with hotels in Europe.

The role consists of overseeing the Swiss properties (6 hotels) mainly in the Swiss Alps (German part).

This position is ideal for a Swiss expat bringing international exposure and willing to move back home.

For this role, your main responsibilities would be :

• Supervising all activities related to Hotels and Restaurants and to guaranty the group’s compliance;
• Managing teams and maintaining a positive and didactic atmosphere for all partners involved;
• Ensuring that clients’ experience is positive, and aligned with the hotel’s vision;
• Answering clients’ requests and complaints, as well as working on continuous improvement to the customer experience;
• Overseeing diverse financial aspects of the establishments, especially budgets and cost control;
• Challenging General Manager on operations and guest satisfaction;
• Identifying investment opportunities and managing the real estate portfolio.

Your profile :

• A proven expertise as a Cluster General Manager in Luxury Hospitality;
• A good understanding of the Swiss market, ideally a Swiss native with international exposure;
• A significant experience in time-share properties or extensive real estate portfolio;
• Leader, team-builder and team-player;
• Extensive knowledge of the Hospitality, especially 5
• German and English a must, any other language a plus.
