DESCRIPTION
For our Finance Division in Frankfurt, we are seeking an Executive Assistant on a temporary contract with Morgan Stanley as a maternity cover (first limited to 12 months). An extension of the contract could not be promised, but also not excluded.

What will you be doing?
- Pro-actively manage constantly changing calendars for a Managing Director and several Executive Directors.
- Arrange complex meetings across multiple time zones.
- Book overseas travel and arrange schedules and meeting itineraries.
- Manage and process expense claims ensuring they are within Firm policy and meet accounts payable deadlines.
- Identify and integrate new hires into the department by arranging desks, requesting equipment, and log on details.
- Ensure accurate organization charts are prepared and uploaded on a quarterly basis.
- Become the point of contact for all administrative queries within your business area.
- Provide holiday and sickness coverage for other Executive Assistants within the department.
- Provide administrative support to any projects that arise within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years work experience as an Executive Team Assistant preferably in Financial Services.
- Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
