We're seeking someone to join our team as a Change and Transformation Analyst in Operations to drive the strategic change agenda across MSESE Group Operations.
This includes delivery of regulatory, legal entity, and technology‑enabled transformation initiatives, automation and efficiency programs, and alignment with Global Operations and Firmwide transformation priorities.
This is a position at Anayst level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What will you be doing?
Collaborate with cross-silo Operations and business stakeholders to deliver firm managed strategic change initiatives impacting the MSESE group in a project management office capacity
Support in developing operations and technology strategies; manage and execute transformation initiatives, contribute to agile fleet activities, drive innovation, develop analytics solutions and deliver business outcomes. Proactively challenge operational functions to identify, assess, and deliver change requirements which align with in the control framework expected in the firm
Understand complex processes and can support the run the bank organisation in delivering solutions to drive forward project deliverables
Invest and drive transformational change across the operations department, with an open mindset of changing existing process through technological enhancements
Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations > Strong knowledge of the Operations processes, and preferred to have a track record of project management deliveries
What you’ll bring in the role:
Ability to address non-standard issues out with area of expertise, and propose solutions to drive change
Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you
Strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering project deliverables to a high standard on time (requirement gathering, planning, project management, testing and execution)
Transformational mindset with preferably a certification in Operations Automation Tools (Alteryx, UI Path, Power BI, Power Apps)
