Head Chef — Lead Kitchen & Menu Design at Luxury Hotel

The Moriarty Group is recruiting a Head Chef to lead the Court Yard Hotel's busy kitchen in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. This full-time role involves guiding a team of 12–14 cooks, shaping menus and working with senior management on culinary strategy. Salary is circa €55,000–€60,000 per annum DOE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, HACCP expertise and a proven track record in a hotel kitchen.
